Two comments:
- I hate implicit things. ;-) Abusing the id for rendering a form could work, but I just do not like it
- For the parameter passing in java base service tasks we also need more elements. So a custom namespace is needed anyway.

Besides, it can just be a declaration initially, no xsd is needed. I thought of http://jbpm.org/4.0/bpm2

Oh, and it already works with the fom element in 'rendering' and args/object in itemDefinition/Message
