Problem during upgrade from Jboss 3.2.7 to jboss 4.0.2

Hi All,
I am using jboss 4.0.2 . After starting my jboss4.0.2 when i try to create scheduler task using our standalone java client which is swing based i GET FOLLOWING EXCEPTION ON JBOSS SERVER CONSOLE. bUT I HAVE DEPLOYED THE SAME APPLICATION ON jBOSS 3.2.7 AND EVERYTHING WORKS FINE.
CAN anyone please suggest me why i get this exception explicitly on jboss 4.0.2 only.
the lookup code is as follows

Hi,
if the deploy is correct, the location is incorrect.
Use the web console to look at the jndi name.

Hi,
I checked in my jmx-console, I dont find UserTransaction there but I have ClientUserTransaction there
But i checked this for jboss 3.2.7 there also i cant find UserTransaction but in Jboss 3.2.7 i dont get any such exception.
Can anyone please help me solve this problem.
