How to configure Firebird JNDI in JBoss 4.0.4RC1

i am trying to configure Firebird datasource in JBoss 4.0.4RC1 but cant get it working.
may be because i need a firebirdsql.rar, where can i get that file, it is not in JBoss anywhere..
