RMI requests fails when a jboss server is starting

When my Jboss server starts, it accepts to serve RMI requests (of an other JBoss server)
although my application is not fully deployed, which causes some requests to fail.

I will want that the server does not accept these requests as long as the application is not deployed

Can you please help me ?

I search a JNDI filter, like a web filter perhaps ... ? testing if the application has been fully deployed ?
