The packaging and the jmx-console output looks fine to me. You might want to add some System.out statements in your lookup code to see the type of object returned through lookup

I have already seen using System.out and it prints the correct details of EJB's.

I have deployed similar application GlassFish and it works, but I really wonder why does it not work on JBoss. I Guess JBoss needs some additional configuration.

Which JBoss version are you using? I am using 4.2.x
