Cannot connect to the server "jnp://[servername]:1097"

Hi there!

I have an issue when trying to connect to a remote JBoss server.
I can connect to the usual URL http://bla bla,then when i click on a link within this interface,it run a servlet and normally i should have another window opened,which ican open from several pc but at least not from a specific pc.I checked the network connections,the system,the softwares...
Could it be possible that there's an issue with a Java cache whcih i need to clean?If yes could somebody please explain this to me?

I did not understand your question. Your subject line talks about jnp://servername:1097 whereas the description talks about something else. Are you saying you are not able to connect to a JBoss server using its servername or IP? If yes, are you using JBoss-4.2.x? If yes, then have a look at http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBoss42FAQ.

By the way, the jnp port is by default 1099 and not 1097
