Adding and displaying a HTML page

Hi All,

Sorry for a very basic question:

Using the CMS Manager, I have created a directory called 'assign' and underneath this directory I have created a HTML file called 'Calendar.html'

The question is how do I display this page in the 'center' region? Do I need to create and deploy a portlet which references the new page, then add an instance of this portlet to the 'center' region (via the 'management portlet')?

Again, apologies if this is a particularly dumb question.
