How to call/transfer control to a new portal page from *Port

Hi,

How can we transfer the control to a new portal page from a java program.

I mean, if I have a login portlet (in default page) and after authentication, if he is a valid user I would like to display a home page (say page2) which is a portal page to the user.

how can i achieve the above funtionality?

I tried giving "/portal/portaltest/index.html?ctrl:id=page.portaltest.page2"
as my request dispatcher string but I got resource not found error.

Please help...

hey,

i have also the same requirement. I have a login portlet and after authentication it should take me to the next page which has got some other portlets. i am trying very hard to get this working but could not find a suitable idea. i need this very urgently.

i am using jboss 4.0.3 SP1 and jboss portal 2.2.0

any help would greatly be appreciated.
