glodo i made the same as the pdf file, but in case of uploading like a file i uploaded the file with the zipped icon next to the upload icon.

then i just link to the portal/content/default/myArchive.zip that's all..but the browser don't recorgnize for download it...i have to right clik and save link as....


i will continue probing...anything i get i will post it ;)

ohter thing is you can upload everything as a file....but to download it you must use right clik....the portal only loads nothing

its doesn't work... i upload like you say.. is a .doc in a .zip file.. its load like .doc not like .zip...
then i link to the .zip file and dont work..
show this: "can't download a .doc file from localhost"
i try before as a file and not work too...
any idea?

i upload a file ***.exe
in the index.html y createa link to default/***.exe
then in the default page, the cms portlet y right clicked the link and save as
