    set default window-state

      Hello Community,

I am asking me, if it is possible to configure a portal page in the way, that it shows a portlet in window-state 'maximized'. For instance if the portal user goes to the forums portlet page, i would like the forums portlet to be 'maximized' as default. I fear the users don't know that they should maximize the portlet window to see all categories and topics. Is there a way to set a default windowstate for a portlet? It would be a great feature in the deployment descriptor or in the management portlet. Wouldn't it be also a nice feature if a portlets window is set to 'maximized' if the portlet is the only portlet on a page? These are only some thoughts of mine ...

      Best regards,
      Alexander

AFAIK there is no possibility to set default state of a portlet to maximized. I think, it would be quite cool feature in Portlet 2.0 specification :-).
