    ScrollableDataTable reRender jumpy in IE7

    bentfrog

I have a ScrollableDataTable which has dynamic data. I.e. When I click a button the data is updated and the table is then rerendered with the updated data. However the table is very jumpy. It seams to resize (and show a scrollbar) before settling down and displaying the table exactly as I require. This happens in IE7 but does not happen in FireFox.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I give you some more details, the first column appears to have disappeared completely and the remaining columns are shunted across the screen to fill the space - their layout and data remains in tact. The data that was in the first column remains where is was and is overlayered on top of the data in the second column.

I could live with this if it was a split second before the rendering fixes itself but the screen stays like this for at least a second before righting itself.

Any actual help would be great - we are constrained by the clients SOE to use IE7 so changing browsers is not an option for us.[/img]
