how to create URL string with /auth?

Hello,

I want to create a URL string from a portlet.

THe URL will be used to invoke the authentication of the user.

like /portal/auth/index?.....

I am not sure how to command the portal renderrespoonse to create thethe correct URL with "auth" portion. I went through the jboss portal source code, it seems that some code like "wantAuthenticated" ...... But i don't know how to make it work.

Please help.

JSR 168 does not provide that.

Does Jbossportal API provide this function?

Look in the UserPortlet, I think that it does it in order to provide the "login" link.
