Theme has a global scope

I have an issue of using themes on portal. JBP 2.2.x or 2.4 has theme having a global scope. Let's say if user A chooses theme X, then all users will see theme X immediately. If user B chooses theme Y 5 sec later, all users (includes user A) will see theme Y immediately. As a result, the portal theme is changing constantly even if an user does not change it. An user can see different themes jumping from one page to another. I consider that this is a bug, but JBoss portal team considers this is a feature.

I think that theme must not be in the Application scope. There's be a single theme for each user. Please vote it to fix this problem. Thx to danny_hon

I would call this one bug too. In all other portals theme is always personal if user is allowed to change it.
