NavigationPortlet problem

I'm using JBoss AS 4.0.4 GA + JBoss Portal 2.4 Beta1.

I added a new page using the Admin manager with similar portlet instances (NavigationPortletWindow), but the portlet does not appear on the new page as it does on the default pages. The nav portlet is expanded across the header content and a title bar is also present which is unlike the nav portlet on any of the other pages. A push of the maximize/minimize button on the title bar as well as a redeploy of the web server does not make any changes.

Is anyone experiencing similar problems with the nav portlet? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Nevermind... The problem was the portlet instance theme settings. The Window, Decoration and Portlet renderer were set by default to "no selection" when they were meant to be set to "empty renderer".
