character encoding on ajax request?

hi all,

I get 'character problem encoding' when I try to send ajax request user named 'Jörn', when ajax request is terminated, the view is not reRendered, I use a4j:status, so, image for start facet stay displayed ..

if I use refresh button, ordinary request is sent, the view is well rendered.

there exist a workaround for this problem..?

myfaces 1.2.2, facelets 1.1.14.

the problem occurs also on RF 3.2.1.CR8

could you please get GA or 3.2.2 SNAPSHOTs even better?

I cant not user the GA version, because of the viewExpiredException with myfaces.
I will test with the last snapshot ..

I cannot reproduce your problem.
Please show <a4j:log/> and what you use filters?

I use a4j filter and myfaces extension filter,
a4j:log does not show error,
I have selectOneMenu that contain users for company selected by comboBox , when I select company for user with the concerned character; nothing happen, and a4j:status shows start for a long time..
