Disabling the user registered in portal database in jboss-po

Hi,
I am using jboss-portal-2.4.0 bundled version. I tried disabling a user registed in portal database, by changing the jbp_enabled column to 0 in jbp_users table. But still server is allowing the user to log-in to the portal.
Whether there is any way to disable the user present in the portal database. please help us in resolving this.

It looks like a bug *or* an old column not used anymore (that should be dropped).

This is an old msg - but I'm running into the same problem. I'm running 2.6.3 and sar/conf/hibernate/user/domain.hbm.xml - there is a mapping to jbp_enabled. Should I open a ticket on this?

Now its in JBP_USER_PROP. Set property "portal.user.enabled" (ot User.INFO_USER_ENABLED using UserProfileModule)

Thanks for the quick reply, I added in the following:

jbp_user_prop: jbp_value = 'false', jbp_name = 'portal.user.enabled' (also the jbp_uid)

The user is still able to log in, are there any other settings I need to look at?
