Deleted default page leaves protal unusable.

I've been exploring the JBoss portal (its great) and have encountered the following:

I accidentally deleted the default page. Now, when I try to load my site, I get a 500 page not found with a stack trace.

I can log in to the Admin page (I bookmarked it) but the ManagementPortletWindow displays a null pointer exception error with no way to specify another default page.

Is there any way to recover from this, short of a complete re-install?

PostgreSQL 8.2 backend
Windows Server 2003

2 options:

1 - Drop the database, you would end up with a fresh start
2 - Edit: portal-core-sar/conf/data/default-object.xml
and change the if-exists value at the top from keep to overwrite

NOTE: This will re-initialize your database. At least it did mine: I lost all my pages and the install default pages were recreated. I don't know how this will affect data in the CMS portlet.

It only redefines the default portal layout (pages and windows of the default portal).

That said, you should put it back to "keep" otherwise any change you make using the management portlet will be deleted when you will restart or redeploy
