pmoller Mar 25, 2007 5:53 AM (in response to kevinjj)maybe take a look at http://palab.blogspot.com/2007/01/tomahawk-bridge-091-released.html
This worked in our solution (which I didn't code, though, so I don't know the exact details) -
3. Re: t:inputfileupload inside a Myfaces JSF portlet on JBoss
theute Mar 26, 2007 5:06 AM (in response to kevinjj)All JSF components won't work in a portlet environment.
We try to build a list of tested components on the WIki page here: http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JSFInPortletEnvironment
As you see the file upload component isn't listed as working or non-working.
If you successfully have it working, could you please add a note and explain how it worked ? (The Wiki pages are freely editable by anyone) -
4. Re: t:inputfileupload inside a Myfaces JSF portlet on JBoss
kevinjj Mar 26, 2007 9:17 AM (in response to kevinjj)Yes using PAL's portlet bridge does allow t:inputfileupload to work inside a portlet, I had to drop the necessary jars and update the portlet.xml to make it work.
I did not have to change the exisiting Myfaces Jars that comes with the default JBoss 2.2.1 Portal setup.
