UI Enhancements

This might be a dumb question, but what happened to the UI enhancements mentioned in the wiki at http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=Portal_UI?

I downloaded 2.6 CR2 and did an out-of-the-box deploy, but these features aren't available, yet they are listed in the JIRA as being done (issues http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-990
through http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-994 ). Am I missing something?

The features are implemented, the proposal mockups are not totally integrated, the theme is there (renaissance).

The way to do things are done in a different way (like changing the layout, layouts don't have metadata to tell how they will look like for example so we cannot show such images)

The screenshots shouldn't have been in the Jira. Sorry for the confusion.
