theme css problem

hi

I am using jboss portal 2.6CR3 (bundle version) and i am encountering css problems with the phalanx theme (I chose the generic layout and divRender RenderSet). It doesn't matter the browser/OS i use, the tabs and the dropDown menu are displayed strangly.

Here is a snapshot (IE 7) :

I didn't modify the css.

Is this a know problem? Is there a way to fix it?

The phalanx theme is an old theme that has not been carefully tested.

Actually only renaissance and maple themes are safe to use.

If you can fix the CSS and propose a patch it would be great.
