Problems deploying HelloWorldJSFPortlet

I installed this portlet in a newly-installed Portal 2.6, and I've put the Apache MyFaces jar in the class path, and the log told me that the jar has been loaded, but an exception still occurred, what will the problem be?

No one faced this problem before? I just wanted to deploy this portlet in a newly installed portal bundle, but it failed, I don't think this is an configuration problem....

can anyone help me?

Hi

i had similar exception and i could not solve this exception. I got this exception after i added some jars to my jboss-AS-4.0.5/server/default/'lib directory (also i replaced some existing jars by mistake). I could not find a solution to this problem. I also posted this problem.

I did not find any reply. so finally i checked out jboss portal 2.6.1 again , build it and deployed. Id did not throw any exception after that. (this time i was careful while adding jars to default/lib)

I just updated portletswap binaries for Portal 2.6.1 (not the links yet).

If you are using JBoss AS 4.0.5 and JBoss Portal 2.6.1

If you are using JBoss AS 4.2.1 and JBoss Portal 2.6.1

They should work out of the box, please let me know
