I am Maruti from working in BEA Weblogic portals platform, I want to shift to jboss portal platform.I have doubts regarding this

1. Can we develop the portal in a work shop (like weblogic workshop)
2. Is there any IDE to develop the portlets….
3. How to deploy the portal to Jboss AS (This concept is not there in ref manual)
