peterj Sep 12, 2008 11:55 AM (in response to sachinverma)i want to show a specific html page on a user a/c
Why would you want to shows an html page on an air conditioner (a/c)? My air conditioner does not even have a screen!how can i show a html page on users created in jboss portal
The list of users is available in the admin portal. And the Users portal lists users who are logged on. -

I think what sachinverma meant by "a/c" is account. -

sachinverma Sep 15, 2008 3:35 AM (in response to sachinverma)peter,
The a/c i meant was accout and not airconditioner; so my jboss has a list of accounts; the thing i literally needed was showing a specific html or jsp page anywhere on portal.
If you have the answers than please provide your kind help.* and please do not provide your suggestions in terms of a/c (airconditioner) this time.

peterj Sep 15, 2008 10:53 AM (in response to sachinverma)My air conditioner comment was to point out that using abbreviations in a technical forum is a good way to have your questions misunderstood because there are usually many different word or phrases that go along with such abbreviations. If your audience has a difficult time reading or understanding your post, you are less likely to get a response.
Besides, I think I already answered your question. I gave you two locations where user accounts were shown. If those do not meet your needs, you will have to write your own portlet to do this, possibly using one of the existing user-related portlets as guidelines. -
