is it possible to enable the AJAX-Mode progressBar from the client? I dont want to push any buttons just to start the progressBar. I want to start the upload in "background" as an ajax post and at the same time to bring a modal panel with AJAX-polled progress indicator. It could be possible to enable/disable, change value and label from both: client and ajax, at least if it was started in ajax mode. I also could poll the enabling value with some interval and then rerender the progress indicator to get it somehow enabled but it let me not the desired control about my program.
