using a4j:mediaOutput for displaying Applet

Hi,
How do we display an applet using a4j:mediaOutput?
Where should the applet class should reside? I mean does the same semantics of applet tag will apply to a4j:mediaOutput tag?

I have searched the forum for a sample piece of code, I could not find it.
Please provide a small piece of code on how to use a4j:mediaOutputtag for displaying applet.
