First sections of Admin Console requirements in CVS

The first of several peices of requirements documentation have been checked into sourceforge CVS at jboss-admin-console/docs/requirements.

Included are:
1) Initial set of use cases covering part of the phase 1.0 functionality, with supporting data mapping document. More to come soon.
2) Sitemap which includes all of the phase 1.0 functionality.

[The .pdf versions are just provided as a convenience prior to moving the documentation to DocBook format.]
