anonymous cvs broken

Not sure where the right place to post this is, but anoncvs seems to be busted:

The server reported an error while performing the "cvs checkout" command.
: cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/run/cvslock: No such file or directory
: cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot stat /var/run/cvslock: No such file or directory

There is a cvs to svn migration happening that is likely the cause. It was announced on the dev list earlier this week.

Doh! We broke anoncvs when we adjusted some perms to lock out modules being moved into svn this weekend. I've fixed this and anoncvs should be working again. Sorry about that.
