What is the maximum size of a single JMS message? Is it
decided by configuration and limited by JVM size?

Are those constraints (i.e. configuration and JVM size) applicable for JMS (JBOSS MQ) clients also?

I'm not sure if this is a JBossMQ or a JBoss Messaging question, so I'll answer it assuming it is a JBoss Messaging question.

Maximum size of a message is limited by amount of available RAM on client, amount of available RAM on server, and amount of storage space in database (if message is persistent).
