File upload customization

Hi,
I am using Fileupload in my project and i need to do some customization.

1) After the completion of a file upload, in need to convert the "Add" button string to "Replace"
2)I need to remove the "+" icon in front of the Add button
3)I need to move the progress bar/uploaded file list to the side of the control rather than displaying the progress bar below the control

i went through the documentation, but was not able to figure out as how to do this.

It would be very helpful if u could help me with any of these.

Hi,
I found out that we can remove the "+" icons using .rich-fileupload-ico-add-dis cascade style sheet. Can anyone help me with the rest ?

How to disable the Richfaces fileupload component using javascript ? is it possible ?

use firebug in firefox, easiest way to find out class and test it also.
