Yes, you can have the communication over HTTP.
It's not as performant as Bisocket though. I would recomend using a Socket layer. (even if you have to use SSL).how performant is jms in diffrent in comparison to webservices?
JMS and WebServices are totally different things. I don't see how to compare them. -
