JBossMessaging 1.4.0.SP3 released

We just released JBoss Messaging 1.4.0. Service Pack 3 (SP3)

This release contains one fix to a minor classLoader memory leak that could cause issues while using the JCA adapter (or MDBs), another improvement to flow control and a workAround to a bug found on JBossRemoting 2.2.2.SP3.

You should also upgrade JBossRemoting to 2.2.2.SP4:

Make sure you replace your jboss-remoting.jar under /server/<server name>/lib by 2.2.2.SP4.

But the JBossMessagingUsersGuide.pdf that comes with SP3 says:

JBoss Messaging 1.4.0 requires a patched version of jboss-remoting.jar. This version is not available in the
JBoss AS 4.2.0 or JBoss AS 4.2.1 distributions. The patched jar can be found here
[http://repository.jboss.com/jboss/remoting/2.2.2.SP3-brew/lib/]The version is JBoss Remoting
2.2.2.SP3-brew. Please download it and copy it into the $JBOSS_HOME/server/<your server name>/lib
directory of any server profiles that use JBoss Messaging 1.4.0. If you are using JBoss Messaging from a
standalone client also make sure this jar is on your classpath *before* jbossall-client.jar.
