rich:fileUpload and file selection window on IE 7

Hello,

with the latest snapshot of RF 3.2.2 I can observe that the file selection dialog of an initially rendered fileUpload component appears only with a second click on the Add-Button. After that the dialog is shown with the first click.

This happens on IE 7, in FF 3 everything works fine

Any ideas?
