We are using RichFaces data table in R3.2.1, and when there are non-english characters to be displayed in the columns , the whole page is not rendered.
We noticed the AJAX call succeeds, the content is brought to the browser and just that the content is not rendered by the browser. Also the AJAX response does not contain 'content type' header.
Is there an open issue around this functionlity (support for foreign characters) in RichFaces, and is there a fix expected in the future releases?
Also is there a quick workaround?
