rich:modalPanel & dataScroller

Hi,

i have a problem with modalPanel from richfaces.
I have datascroller in modalPanel and keepVisualState="true"
So if i click a button to get and show next data (picture) then modalPanel closed and open again. But only in IE. In Firefox is no problem. How can i fix that????????

1. Page code
2. Richfaces version
3. IE version
