2. Re: Grouping and ordering messages on queue
damian.sinczak Aug 17, 2009 9:52 AM (in response to damian.sinczak)Thanks, that is almost everything I need. But my another question is, can I create ordering groups dynamically? On the beginning I don't know how many (and what kind) groups there will be, in my case it should be runtime. Is it possible?

3. Re: Grouping and ordering messages on queue
damian.sinczak Aug 17, 2009 9:57 AM (in response to damian.sinczak)I answered this question by my self. But from what I have noticed this is JBoss specific functionality. I'm using JBoss of course, but I have to use non vendor specific elements in my application.

ataylor Aug 17, 2009 9:58 AM (in response to damian.sinczak)I'm not sure i understand whatyou mean. an orderinggroup doesn't have to be created you just set it on the producer or via the connection factory. can you explain what you are trying to do?

6. Re: Grouping and ordering messages on queue
gaohoward Aug 17, 2009 10:02 AM (in response to damian.sinczak)Strick ordering is something not included in JMS spec 1.1, so that means each vendor are free to implement their own ordering features. you have to use vendor's specific implementation.
