height of combo box list to small

Please have a look at this feature request:

There are some screenshots.
How can i force the combobox list to a specific height.
Say a minimum of 4 entrys should be displayed and if there are less or equal than 4 entrys all entrys should be displayed without scrollbar.

AUT has more than 1 region. But from the screenshot in the FR you do not get the idea that there are more than 1 entrys:-(

Comboboxes are quiet useless if there list contains a small number (<6) of items. Why is my issue moved to wishes?
