generic bpm applications

The current business process annotations e.g. StartTask, CreateProcess et. al. make it difficult to write generic code for working with process defined at runtime because the parameters for things like process and transition are defined at compile time.

Supporting expressions for those parameters, remedies the problem.

Add it to JIRA. At the least, I could expose a public API for it, as a built-in component.
