The scrollableDataTable that I am developing is intended to replace a grid of data on a pdf that has 56 columns. I have put together a scrollableDataTable that work in IE with up to about 25 columns but if I add more (identical) columns then the header row vanishes and (some of) the column widths get screwed up.

It seems to be OK when viewed using Safari but unfortunately the page is for viewing on a company intranet whose used are wholly IE based.

Is this a known issue with scrollableDataTable and IE?

If you only care about IE, you can use a dataTable with CSS tricks to lock columns and header.

For FF, you will have to do some other funny tricks though if you want locked columns as the "td.lockedColumn { position: absolute; }" trick won't work.
