msteiner Jul 3, 2006 3:52 AM (in response to msteiner)I have problem with creating simple test case. I made example almost identical with this from my application but it does work ok. Only difference is that in application I am using facelets.
I have found that if I add<redirect />
to navigation rule conversation begins properly -

gavin.king Jul 3, 2006 11:44 AM (in response to msteiner)So use facelets in your simple example, if you think that is related to the problem (I very much doubt it).
If _you_ can't reproduce it in a simple test, then what chance do _I_ have? -

5. Re: @Begin doesn't work whith @Observe, navigation rule
gavin.king Jul 4, 2006 10:47 AM (in response to msteiner)OK, thanks. The problem is nothing to do with @Observer. Rather, the problem is that if you have no <h:form/> on the page you are navigating to, then Seam throws away the conversation context. This is a definite bad bug, and I will get it fixed ASAP.
I'm surprised no-one noticed before.
