a4j with checkbox not working

Hi,

What am I doing wrong. I have a simple xhtml page and backend bean as following.

When I click or change the value of check box nothing happen.

What am I missing.

the question is what do you expect from the above code? there's neither a javascript nor a java method call that could cause either client or server side changes.

what action are you performing in the event onClick. There is no call to any of the methods in the <a4j:support> to the backing bean

the issue was resolved when the project migrated over to maven, i believe the reason is because it's using different versions of libraries, and/or there are no collisions with the libraries.
