rich:calendar aj4:support event

Environment: JBoss 4.2.3.GA, Seam 2.1.0-SNAPSHOT

I'm nesting an aj4:support within a rich:calendar tag. I'm trying to trigger an event if the user types in a date, or selects a date from the popup calendar. oninputchange only works when the date is typed in. Any suggestions for capturing both events?

This was previously reported in JIRA (https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/RF-996) and fixed in 3.2.x. However, it seems to be back in 3.2.2.GA (this is the version used by Seam 2.1-SNAPSHOT).

B.t.w use onchanged in latest releases. There was one more events refactoring because of user questions and time picker addition. Sorry for inconviniences.
