Scroll down a long page, open a modal panel, watch tooltips placed on the modal panel's items. The tooltips are scrolled together with the main page in spite of that they should be tightly bound to the modal panel's position instead.
Is this bug registered? Do you have similar problems? Has anyone found a workaround?
In addition to this general behaviour, running a similar example on Safari renders the tooltips with a huge (constant) offset away even if the main page is not scrolled at all. This can be fixed by specifying conditional verticalOffset and horizontalOffset for Safari.
