Alternative_FileUpload - upload action never gets called

I am trying to get the Alternate File Upload example from the wiki working:

I have copied the sample project into my Eclipse workspace, built and deployed but the upload action method is never called when I hit the submit button.

I am using:

JBoss 4.0.5.GA
Seam 1.1.0.GA

Has anyone successfully got this working?
