pmuir Jan 29, 2007 5:43 PM (in response to xtia004)Oh, I didn't read your post properly. You'll probably need to put a feature request in JIRA for this.

4. Re: How can s:button be rendered as an image button
shane.bryzak Jan 29, 2007 7:09 PM (in response to xtia004)Can't you just style it with CSS?
<button class="styled"/>
button.styled { width: 80px; height: 80px; border: 0px; background: url(image.png) no-repeat top left; }

5. Re: How can s:button be rendered as an image button
xtia004 Jan 29, 2007 8:27 PM (in response to xtia004)Yes, it is a good workaround. It has solved my problem. But you know, it is lack of the pressdown behaviour and if we have more kinds of such buttons, we have to style each of them. What about a request to make s:button be able to render an image button as petemuir suggested?

6. Re: How can s:button be rendered as an image button
norman.richards Jan 29, 2007 9:48 PM (in response to xtia004)Fixed in CVS. s:button behaves just like h:commandButton, allowing an image="..." to be specified.

7. Re: How can s:button be rendered as an image button
anarinsky Mar 21, 2007 7:52 PM (in response to xtia004)I tried s:button with or without image specification. When image is specified the value attribute is ignored. Is it possible to have both image (on the left) and label?
