Adding a default interceptor

I would like to add an interceptor that will appear in the interception stack of all of the Seam components in my application without having to configure it against each component.

Is there a configuration option that will allow me to do this. I've found the ejb-jar.xml that looks right but sadly I am not running in a J2EE container so I don't think I can use this option.

Currently there is no way to do that outside of an EJB3 environment. There is an existing issue to JIRA asking for interceptor definitions in components.xml, but that is not a high priority now.

I read the documentation that, in order to make seam perform its magic, we need to add, interceptor declaration inside the ejb-jar.xml, but if my application is deployed inside a portal environment which is must be a web module(.war), then where I can define the interceptor declaration? please give a description
