Scopes

I'm having a hard time understanding the PAGE scope. I've read the Javadoc on what it is, but could somebody give examples in simple terms of when you might use it... I can't think of anything, but would like to learn its value...

Hopefully somebody has a practical example of their use of PAGE. Something where PAGE was more suited than the other scopes.
