What happened with this Excel export? Is it integrated in Seam 2.0.0.CR1 ?

I think jasperreports is a good choice for everyone ...
It creates PDF, CVS, XLS, etc. from one template ;)
Report-Templating is easy using iReports ... -

Can someone give me some help to configure seam 2.0.0 to generate xls spreadsheets using the JExcel API.

Did the <x:/> library ever get opened up? If this is available, I'd love to take a look at it. We're about to be generating really basic (yet functionally important to our customers) XLS reports, and this would be all we needed.

If you guys want this in Seam you need to create a jira issue and start collecting votes/submitting patches.
