Question about phase listener

Hi,

Can anyone tell me or give some intresting link with info with this:

<phase-listener>org.jboss.seam.jsf.SeamPhaseListener</phase-listener>

<phase-listener>org.jboss.seam.jsf.TransactionalSeamPhaseListener</phase-listener>

I'm not sure what's the different between them.
On first view i think SeamPhaseListener not support transactions, but i'm not sure.
