charset problem in modalPanel

Hi,

My web page's charset is utf-8 but when I use the modalpanel, the charset of pop-up window is ISO-8859-1 in firefox.

How to change the pop-window to utf-8?

In IE, it dosn't has any problem.

I use the iframe within the modalPanel.

It seems that it is the firefox problem.

I change the include page from html to jsp and problem fixed. Thanks
