Sortable drag n' drop panels like iGoogle

I'm looking at developing an iGoogle type page using RichFaces. Something that you can drag and drop panels to organise the layout the page.

Can this be done? Any ideas how to accomplish this using RichFaces? Can this be done using <rich:jQuery> tag? Any examples?
